Pulao or Pulav is a Indian rice dish made with a combination of rice, masala and one main ingredient like chicken, vegetables or fish.  This particular recipe has been tried and tested for years together. My mum knows the recipe like the back of her hand.

The masala used in this dish can be prepared and refrigerated. It can be used as when needed for the pulav or any other recipes.
