This is a dish so simple to make that
it can be prepared on days when you are just not in the mood to cook something
that takes time. If spending very little time in the kitchen is the goal of
that day then curd rice is the right choice. It’s the easiest dish I can think
of whenever I am not interested in spicy food or want to eat something light. This
is also a good way to use left over rice.
Curd rice or mosar anna in Kannada
